Simon Valentine, Operations Manager
Joining DV Howells in 2003 as the Operations Manager, Simon brought with him over 12 years experience in the field of Incident response, within both the commercial and emergency services sector. His primary role within the company is to ensure that a full response capability is maintained, in terms of personnel and equipment, on a 24 hour, 365 day / year basis; often having to handle multiple incidents simultaneously.
Simon has experience in the operational, planning and training fields and has worked extensively throughout the world in all of these. During his career to date, he has managed a response facility in the former soviet union and spent a period of time working in the USA. His response experience has seen him involved in many incidents, both at the sharp end and also providing strategic guidance at a command centre level.
