Dave Levell, Consultancy Manager
Dave is a Chartered Marine Biologist with a 30 year career history in environmental consultancy services. He provides expert environmental support services to numerous offshore and onshore incidents, prepares detailed oil spill contingency plans and offers consultancy services to the IMO, Governments, the oil and gas industry, local authorities and ports around the world
Oil companies and their exploration and development divisions consult Dave on specialist marine exploration environmental matters. He acts as an oil company’s “on the job” representative, during offshore and near shore marine environmental impact assessment studies, baseline and monitoring surveys , ensuring Quality Control standards are met and maintained.
He is currently working with the Milford Haven Port Authority to establish an Environmental Management System, and provides wider general environmental support services to the MHPA Group of companies.
Dave has extensive experience delivering IMO OPRC training courses, assisting with IMO National Contingency Plan workshops and undertaking training exercises. He is also called upon to serve as an additional instructor to help ease the workload of our busy training division. |
