Our Responders in Training
The Emergency Response team at the National Chemical Emergency Centre (NCEC) are known
throughout the industry for their high standards of chemical knowledge,
communication skills and ability to give emergency response.
Chemicals demand specialist
care in handling and transportation. Despite this, accidents can
and do still happen. DV Howells has a chemical incident management
team on permanent standby, solely dedicated to responding to chemical
spills and leaks.
They skilfully coordinate highly trained operatives, mobilising quickly
to respond to any situation, whether it happens far out at sea or
at a crucial point in the transport infrastructure, protecting public
safety and minimising the impact of a spill on the environment.
